We are confident that credit card information entered on our site will not be accessed by any unauthorised person or company. We have a secure sockets layer (SSL) that uses 128-bit encryption, the highest level possible. We also use 3D Secure, 3D Secure is also the only fraud prevention scheme that is available, it allows shoppers to create and assign a password to their card that is then verified whenever a transaction is processed through a site that supports the use of the scheme. The addition of password protection allows extra security on transactions that are processed online. Once your order has been transferred to our order processing system credit card details are removed from the website. This is an added precaution and our order processing system and internal network are protected by the latest technology. This does mean you have to give your card details every time you place an order with us but this minor inconvenience does ensure that it is totally safe to shop with us.

With the volume of fraudulent credit card transactions increasing, we make every effort to ensure all orders are thoroughly checked using the information already supplied. There is a possibility we may contact you to make additional security checks and we ask for your co-operation to enable us to complete them. Fraudulent transactions will not be tolerated by us and such transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
