Smoothies offer incredible versatility: You can use whatever's in season or use frozen berries - these make the smoothie nice and thick. Use this as a breakfast shake, pre-workout shake or as a post work out shake. You can also have this during the day to keep hunger at bay. Full of anti-oxidants, key nutrients and vitamins this smoothie packs a nutritional punch. 


  • 1 scoop of super berry isolate protein powder
  • 1 handful of your choice of berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons of natural low fat yogurt 
  • 200-300ml milk / almond milk / water


  1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
